Jade's 1st Birthday Party

I know, I know...shes been 1 for about 3 weeks now and I am just now posting! SORRY! Anywhoo...my girl had a blast. We were surrounded by family and friends, and it meant alot to us. Here are a few snapshots of her party. Which by the way was awesome. He theme was Hello Kitty. We had a snow cone machine and games. Due to the weather, we cancelled our water slide :(

Summer Moonlight

My good friend Nazir always invites us over to his home in the summer, he has 3 pools and live on the 8th floor. We always have a blast, especially Jade. She just cant get enough of the pool. However, the most beautiful part of being there is being there with Jadey Poo and sharing this wonderful scenery with her. Isnt it beautiful?

Can't touch this!!!

My Hubby received a card in the mail because tomorrow is his b-day. And this wasn't any regular card....this card came with a tune...and apparently a little dancer!! Thank Tia Sue for the card and look what you caused in the house!

First time at the beach

We finally took my baby to the beach. She loved it. We didnt let her get into the water as much as we wanted to, but just walking around in the sand was fun for her :)

We have been wanting to get Jade a swing for a long time already. So we finally did and I'm so glad we did. She LOVES that darn thing!

Guest Room UPDATE

A day in the life of Jade with Grandpa!

Jade and Grandpa love spending time together. Some mornings dad will come and scoop her up and will take her to get some coffee and dounuts! Notice the cheesy smile..."ME LIKE DONUTS!! " HAHAHe also likes to sit outside and soak up the sun with her.

And he takes her to the park...

"This isnt very fun Grandpa, push me pleeease"

"Now we're talkin!" But no matter what they do, they just cant seem to get enough of each other Thanks Daddy....for being the awesome daddy that you are, and for being an even more awesome Granpa to my baby!

Miss Jade is now 10 months, she has her own personality and she knows how to get things. She has her preferences now, she knows what she likes and doesnt like.

So the other day, Abuelito Jose decided it was time to pull out the hammock! When I tell you this chick loves it! SHE LOOOOVES IT! She doesnt even want to get out!

My First Mothers Day

I know I am a bit late, but it was my first Mothers Day. I have been blessed with the privalege of being a mommy. Its just so amazing to feel this special kind of love. To wake up next to my daughter every day is the best feeling ever.

For mothers day my hubby brought me some breakfast in bed and Jade bought me some roses and balloons! I loved them.

Literally....We have a little door way bouncy thingy for Jadey. She couldnt stand it. So, we still kept it, but one day I come home...and she is using it as a swing in the garage! LOL Look at her go!

And from this big ol' smile...I can tell she loves it!

But after all that swinging a girl can get pretty tired :)
