OWNED!!!

Walking is good not only for the mind

But its also good bonding time! My sissy and I decided that we needed to make a change, and so we started walking. I had to start out slow, because its been about 1 1/2 yr since I have been any way active. But the afternoon was awesome and we definately enjoyed talking with each other and talking about old times! HAHAHA!
