Fogg
The other morning, I was heading to Ma's house. So before you get to her house there is this 2 way street which on the side there is a Golf Course. When I drove by it that morning, I could not help but notice how beautiful it looked. It was foggy but it looked like it was moving away from the field. Just a wonderful sight! Sometime I think fogg is kind of kreepy!! But that morning it just looked so beautiful...

Yesterday Ma and Alex came to pick me up from work, because I could not drive that morning due to the fact that I got a Steroid shot because of a bad sinus infection. Anywhoo...so she does this thing, where she places her feet on the dash!! I take a picture and send it to Lupester...and HE HATES IT!! HEHEHE...He hates seeing people with their feet up on the dash, he thinks its gross.
Notice how she tries to make her foot look sexy when I tell her Im taking a picture!! HAHA

Saturday Night Car Ride With Ma and Alex
This Saturday we did our weekly drive with Ma and Alex. We had a blast! We drove around around the Nasa area, and down space center. We were listening to Coast to Coast AM and the subject was Aliens & UFO's. It was pretty cool, especially being that we were driving by NASA...

Charro Beans
The Lupester and I were craving Charro Beans, a traditional Mexican dish. It's a delicious bean soup with tons of veggies. Very good when you eat it solo or together with another Mexican dish. Anywhoo. I decided to post HOW TO make them. Here we go....

What I did yesterday when the craving came about it, I went ahead and put the beans in a container and let them soak over night with a tiny bit of salt (it cuts the cooking time down by half) Also, when you come look at them, they will have some foam.
Here is our Cast of Characters: Half a small bag of Pinto Beans, one medium onion, 1 tbsp salt and a pinch of pepper, cilantro, 3 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 3 garlic cloves, and 4 slices of that thick yummy bacon.
First, lets rinse these bad boys off, take that foam off! Pour them in a strainer. and rinse with cold water.

Next, we are going to go ahead and put these in the pot to cook. Along with the 3 cloves of garlic, when we fill our pot up, let fill it about 2 inches over the beans, give or take.
And lets add the salt
Once they are in the pot, let go ahead and chop up about 4 slices of oinker and throw them in there, so it can get a yummy flavor

In we are going to go ahead and rinse our tomatoes, bell pepper and cilantro. While these GAS
We are going to use about a quarter of the cilantro bunch. Then we rinse!
In the mean time, we have the beans cooking on low heat, with the lid on it, but....leave a tiny slit so the steam can come out
I'm sure your probably thinking "So...what do I do for the next 1hr and 15min"
This is what I'm going to do...
This is what I'm going to do...
OK...I'M BACK!! There is about 25min left for the beans to cook, at that time we are going to add the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion
After the 25 min, we will add the cilantro
Here is the finished product!!! Serve and enjoy :)

Broken A/C's Suck!!
Today, after getting a shot on my rump HEHE and leaving the Dr.'s office, which by the way was the sweetest EVER!!

We get home and I have my A/C on 70degrees. I notice that it's not cooling, so I mention it to the hubby. He says its fine, and tells me that I probably feel hot because of my Antibiotics and Shot that I got on my rump ( i hate this freakin word LOL) and that I am sweating my fever off!!
WRONG!! Our A/C was on fire!! And the pipes on the unit were frozen...NOT A GOOD SIGN! So now, we have to wait 8 hrs before we get someone out here. But on a good possitive note, we only have to pay a $60 fee for them to come out here, THANK GOD for the insurance. YAY!!
