Ragedy Ann

When I was litle my mom bought me a Ragedy Ann doll. I loved that doll so much! I had her for such a long time that she was starting to fall apart. My mom ended up sewing her together so many times, until the doll could not take it anymore. So, the other day my Sweet Aunt from California (Tia Pabi) sent Jade her first Ragedy Ann Doll! I loved it, and as you can see….she did too! LOL. The doll is bigger than her!

The other day, Jade was sleeping…we usually feed the chickens in the mornings and they come running the sound of the door or the window opening. Since the weather was so nice this weekend, we decided we wanted to air out the house and open the windows. Jade was sleeping in her Pack N Play by the window….but guess who was waiting for her to wake up?? Chicken Boo! LOL. They are definitely getting way to comfortable!

Old McJadey Had a farm!

A couple of weeks ago, we wake up to the sound of a Rooster….in my mind, I thought I was going crazy! However, I am very happy to say that I wasn’t. To my amazement, we had a few Chickens and Roosters in my back yard!! They came from my neighbors back yard, we have had some windy weather and it knocked down the back fence…..so Mama Jade has temporarily adopted these chickens. In the mornings when we wake up we feed them some bread…and its so funny to watch her because the whole time she is cracking up laughing!

Grandma Rosy

What can I say about Grandma Rosy....honestly, there are no words to explain how much we love her. My husband loves her, I love her, and especially Jade. I am eternally grateful to her because she is helping me take care of Jade. I could not ask for anyone better to watch my baby.

My mom is the most caring, honest and just so motherly...she is just naturally a nuturing person. I am extremly blessed to have her in my life and in my daughters. So when I can capture beautiful moments I do...check it out

In the afternoons, her and Jadey love to sit outside and watch the birds go by, or the cars, they talk with each other. My mom can sit for hours outside in her rocking chair and have my chubby monkey on her lap....and they will just watch everything. Its such a simple...but worth every bit kinda moment...:)

First time at the zoo

My baby has never been to the zoo...and when she went, she had a blast with her brothers! She would laugh at the monkeys everytime they would make a noise, she would make her ooohs and ahhhs when she would see any type of animal. She was just so cute.

When Jade attacks.

She is learning so many new things, as she gets older she gets funnier! So since she got teeth, she thinks she is big and bad and just so tough, haha. I put a pillow on her and she just attacks it with her mouth, she looks like a little puppy heheh. The more I tell her " Bite it you little monkey!" the more she does it ahahah

Jade Walking?

Jade is now 7 months and she is not much of a crawler. She will get on her tummy for a few minutes and then gets irritated. HAHA. However....check out her walking skills....She loves to "walk"

The other morning I woke up and caught Jade and Daddy playing a video game. They looked so freakin cute, because they seemed to be in their own little world.Check out wild hair hehehe

On the phone with Abuelito Jose

Jade loves to talk on the phone. Everytime my dad calls she loves to sit there and conversate with him. I dont understand what she is saying, but he does :) LOL. Check it out. Its a bit dark.

Santa's Wonderland

For the past couple years, we have been driving all the way to College Station (about 2 hrs away) to see the christmas lights. They do such an awesome job! Its nothing but lights, and music. There are always tons of people. Check out the line, we were on the other side of the u-turn. We were in line for 1 hr! It was soooo worth it. Mom, Al, Lupe, Jade and the boys we all went!

Jade's First Christmas

This year we had all of Lupes fam at the house. The kids played games and they had a great time. Jadey poo got gifts from her Aunt JoAna, Pabi, Diana and cousin Damian. And she got her first Christmas Card. So cute!

My sister in laws got her some gifts as well. She enjoyed opening them HEHE

Allergies and Sinus

I have always suffered from all this crap, but this year just seems to be the worse ever! It just seems like everyday is something diffrent! AUUGHHH! I hope it gets better!! I do!!

Late night chatter

For the past 3 nights Jadey has been having a hard time sleeping. I often think its her teeth, so I give her some orajel. She always eats before she goes to sleep, I bathe her, I read to her etc etc.

But since this Christmas weekend, she has been staying up late. I'm thinking she thinks we are still in party mode and she stayes up until 1 in the morning just chatting away! I try to rock her and she gets mad, she rubs her eyes and fights her sleep really bad!

Tonight, ill try and record what she sounds like, during her midnight chatter!

Jade found her feet

She is now 5 1/2 months, and wow how time flys. She started grasping for things alot better now, she grabs it and just beats the crap out of her toys LOL. Last week, I had her on her back and she lifts her legs and starts grabbing her feet! YAY

FINALLY, Pictures of her chompers

Jade NEVER lets me take a picture of her new teeth. She either moves her head and has a fit or she hits my hand out of the way, or she will bite me HEHEHE. So finally, they are big enough to see. She started teething around 3 month. It kinda threw her sleep off. She used to sleep through the night up until she was about 3 1/2 months until now. She gets a little fussy, she cries. She has been clingy and just wants me, daddy or grandma, and we do not mind loving on her. So, behold....Jades 2 teeth.

Learning new things

Jade is now 5 1/2 months. She is getting big :( I am thankful that God has given me a healthy baby, and that she is growing perfectly in so many ways. Yet, I get kind of bummed out because I tried for such a long time and she is growing sooo fast. However, she is getting funnier and funnier each day! She has been eating solids since she was 3 months old, but now she is eating beans and rice, and some meats. She enjoys standing up and sitting up like a big girl.

The other day, her daddy came home with the activity saucer...she loves it, but tends to get pretty mad when she cant pull the toys off! HAHA

She also likes to play sitting up (with a little help from her boppy) She gets mad then too, because her belly is in the way when she sits down HAHA

Since she is a big girl now, the other day we were sitting on the couch, and she sat on the couch next to me, before I knew it she was passed out!

My mom is the one that watches her, and they do the weirdest things together LOL
